Vodafone wanted to modernize and standardize its global hiring process as it shifted to a digital-first operating model. With local markets using a mix of assessments and platforms, hiring was inconsistent, costly, and prone to bias. Vodafone partnered with Sova Assessment to create a fairer, more consistent approach and to consolidate its assessment activity onto one platform.

Sova Assessment implemented a unified, fully virtual assessment platform integrated with SAP SuccessFactors, using digital assessments, gamified exercises, situational judgement tests, behavioural questions, AI-scored video interviews, and automated workflows across 10 languages. The rollout helped Vodafone assess 65,000 candidates in six months, cut technology costs by reducing 60 assessments across 4 platforms to one, lower HR admin time and candidate queries, and improve candidate experience, with 83% reporting a positive impression of Vodafone and 74% finding the assessments engaging.
