A Soutron Case Study
The Commonwealth Secretariat partnered with Soutron to modernize its Library and Knowledge Centre, replacing Inmagic Genie with a web-based library system built on Microsoft technologies. The challenge was to make information easier to find and share across a globally mobile workforce while meeting security, Single Sign On, integration, and budget requirements.
Soutron implemented the new library system in just ten days and helped automate the indexing of large PDF document sets, create secure workflows, and improve access to board papers and other key records. The result was a single point of access, stronger document security, better auditability, and faster retrieval of information, helping The Commonwealth Secretariat improve efficiency and support its knowledge services more effectively.
