The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), the leading professional body for global financial services, needed a replacement for its library management system. Its existing SirsiDynix-based solution was costly to maintain, had a poor user interface, only supported restrictive MARC records, and could not easily integrate with the CII website.

Soutron implemented Soutron LMS, a cloud-based library system with a friendly user interface and flexible, non-MARC cataloguing. The CII reported strong support during implementation and migration, along with improved search and filtering for its 45,000+ item collection, and is now also considering Soutron Archive for its historic collections.
