Keep It Simple With Soutron’s Legal Library Management Solution

Cains Advocates, an independent international law and professional services group based in the Isle of Man, needed to move away from a 10-year-old, locally installed library system that was putting pressure on internal IT resources and no longer met their needs. They looked for a more personalized, web-based legal library management solution and chose Soutron.

Soutron implemented a cloud-based legal library management system with web-browser access, customisation, and hosted support and upgrades managed by Soutron staff. Cains Advocates reported that the system is simple to use, affordable, and easy to administer, with quicker catalogue uploads and easier separation of statutory documents and journals; while no hard metrics were given, the library said the move improved productivity and reduced IT burden.
