They engaged Southland Industries for a design-build approach to handle the project's mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.

Southland Industries implemented a design that lowered capital and long-term costs. Their approach included integrating the truss system with diffusers, consolidating air handling units, and utilizing specific fan motors that provided energy savings and simplified commissioning. The state-of-the-art facility was successfully completed in 2018.
