Southland Industries implemented an innovative plumbing system redesign that vertically stacked sinks to minimize linear piping footage and streamline installation. This approach, along with the use of prefabricated shafts, significantly reduced coordination challenges and enhanced installation efficiency. The project was successfully completed in July 2023, providing the region with a state-of-the-art replacement medical center that reflects Kaiser Permanente's commitment to comprehensive healthcare.
