Vasundhara Agri-Horti Producer Co. Ltd (VAPCOL) is an agri-producer company operating across Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Rajasthan that handles procurement, grading, marketing, selling, and export of fruit and nuts. VAPCOL faced long queues at collection centers, slow manual billing and weighing, and difficult data consolidation and tracking, creating an urgent need to digitize transactions and capture farmer data remotely. SourceTrace provided the ESE Agri solution to address these challenges.

SourceTrace implemented five modules of its ESE Agri platform: farmer enrollment, input distribution, procurement and payment processing, inventory and traceability, and internal control for Organic and Fair Trade Certification. The solution replaced old billing machines with Android smartphones and Bluetooth printers, speeding up operations and enabling field staff to record transactions even in remote and hilly areas. SourceTrace helped build a database of 1,300 farmer profiles, cut each transaction time to less than 2 minutes, and significantly reduced waiting times for hundreds of farmers.
