Frank & Oak, a leading e-commerce retailer, partnered with SourceKnowledge to tackle the challenge of delivering a brand-forward message to millennial men while improving acquisition, average order value, and conversion rate. The goal was not only to attract more customers, but to attract higher-value customers who would buy more often and spend more.

SourceKnowledge implemented a cross-media hybrid brand/direct response campaign using 15s and 30s pre-roll, outstream, and skippable video ads, along with A/B testing, dynamic cross-media remarketing, lookalike modeling, and performance-based optimization. The campaign delivered 3.5M impressions in North America, made viewers 43% more likely to engage with a sequential ad, and drove purchasers who spent 20% more than site-wide AOV; account creators from the campaign were also 10% more likely to purchase within one month.
