BuildDirect, an online home improvement retailer, partnered with SourceKnowledge to improve cross-device performance marketing. The company needed to prospect new buyers while re-engaging high-value site visitors who had not converted, with the goal of driving purchases and free sample orders at scale while meeting RoAS, MoAS, and AOV benchmarks.

SourceKnowledge used its advertising platform to run a full-funnel campaign combining pre-roll video advertising, remarketing display banners, audience segmentation, and creative testing. The approach delivered strong results, including a 6.62x RoAS, a 490% improvement in MoAS, an 8% increase in AOV, a 72% reduction in CPA, and more than 13 million impressions in Q4 2016.
