Rocore, a manufacturer and distributor of industrial radiators and heat exchange products, faced the challenge of maintaining or improving customer service without adding buyer headcount. To reduce manual effort across the purchase order (PO) process and gain visibility and consistency, Rocore implemented SourceDay’s automated PO management software.

SourceDay delivered a centralized PO platform with automated supplier scorecards, Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs) with standardized barcodes, and integration to Rocore’s Syteline/Cloud Suite Industrial ERP, plus one-hour training for buyers and vendors. As a result, SourceDay eliminated the need to fill the vacated buyer position, shortened receiving time so work centers get orders the same day instead of waiting up to 24 hours, increased on-time deliveries, improved accounting accuracy and vendor communication, and reduced paperwork and manual processes.
