rf IDEAS, a global provider of WAVE ID® credential readers, was struggling with a highly manual, error-prone PO management process that left its supply chain team handling 500–600 POs at a time, spending ~20 hours a month on follow-ups, and facing frequent invoice and pricing discrepancies. To solve visibility and data-entry gaps, rf IDEAS turned to SourceDay and its SourceDay platform to streamline supplier communication and PO acknowledgments.

SourceDay implemented its platform integrated with rf IDEAS’ NetSuite ERP, rapidly onboarding nearly all 40 suppliers to automate PO updates and acknowledgments.
