The customer, Riskpal, wanted to launch a corporate travel-focused risk management platform that had been started by another development house and ran into difficulties. Their challenge was to have vendor Souqbox pick up the complex project mid-development and successfully launch the service to meet the high security demands of their clients.

Souqbox used its enterprise app expertise to reverse engineer the project's missing requirements and achieve a successful launch. Following the launch, Souqbox led a redesign and rebuild of the platform, upgrading it to Angular 6 and migrating the database to Mongo Atlas to deliver an advanced customer experience. The client praised Souqbox for their invaluable support, hard work, and innovation throughout the entire project lifecycle.
