Mercedez Benz partnered with Soundsuit to create the audio component of its new Mercedes‑Benz Lounge in Baden‑Baden as part of the brand’s “Best Customer Experience” strategy. The challenge was to modernize showrooms into immersive experience centers that blend automotive retail, digital technology and personal advice — and Soundsuit was engaged to deliver the music experience (Soundsuit smart playlists) that would support that shift from point of sale to point of experience.

Soundsuit implemented curated smart playlists integrated with lighting and scent to create a cohesive in‑store atmosphere, supporting VR configurators and new advisory formats in the lounge. The Soundsuit music offering became part of the modular brand concept now deployed in Flensburg and Baden‑Baden and helped strengthen customer engagement; Mercedes‑Benz reports a clear increase in customer frequency and richer sales conversations after the rollout of the new brand presence.
