The customer, Wiska UK, required an audio-visual solution for a one-day event for 32 delegates at the Marriott Forest of Arden hotel. The challenge was adapting to the specific measurements of the Aylesford Suite, a change from the venue's typical event space. Sounds Commercial implemented a compact, single-screen stage set with an 8' x 4'6" rear-projection screen and a complete PA system for vocals and presentation audio. The solution included branded lectern and logo boards to emphasize the client's corporate identity. The setup was so successful and intuitive that Wiska UK required no further technical support, confidently operating the AV equipment themselves after a single demonstration upon completion.
