Sounds Commercial provided event services for VINCI Facilities, which sought to create a unique conference and dinner experience that would differ significantly from what its delegates had come to expect in previous years.

Sounds Commercial implemented a unique setup featuring six intimate workshop areas. The solution included a bespoke graphics wrap for seamless branding, branded lecterns, and multiple remote controllers for presenter flexibility. For the evening, a silent disco was supplied. The event was a success, running smoothly with technicians on hand and resulting in great feedback all around for meeting the brief to be different.
