The Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) of the Treasure Coast is a non-profit home healthcare provider in Florida offering nursing, therapy, hospice and community wellness services. After equipping nurses with Samsung Galaxy tablets to access patient records in the field, VNA’s IT team faced major challenges: no remote support for field devices, costly nurse downtime when devices failed, and security/privacy risks if tablets were lost or stolen.
