SOTI Empowers East Orange High School to Embrace Mobile Learning

East Orange Campus High School, serving 1,800 students in East Orange, NJ, deployed 470 Samsung GALAXY Tab 7.0 tablets to expand mobile learning. The district’s IT team quickly identified a need for enterprise mobility management to enable remote support, enforce security and usage policies, control apps and configurations, and block non-educational content.

East Orange implemented SOTI MobiControl for Education, gaining real-time device visibility, over-the-air troubleshooting, remote app deployment, kiosk modes, web filtering and remote lock/wipe, plus personalized training. As a result, devices are managed and secured, student use is focused and compliant with testing/privacy requirements, and the district can fully leverage 1:1 learning.
