International fashion retailer relies on SOTI to optimise its store management processes

Takko Fashion, founded in 1982, operates nearly 1,900 stores across 16 European countries with about 18,000 employees and online retailing. The company uses roughly 2,100 Honeywell Dolphin 70e rugged handhelds for store management, stock-taking and back-office tasks and needed a reliable mobility management solution to enable rapid device deployment, remote control, app management and OS updates across its widespread store network.

To replace manual processes and supplement Honeywell’s Remote Mastermind, Takko adopted SOTI MobiControl. SOTI now supports deployment and day‑to‑day operation of ~2,100 MDE devices across almost 1,900 stores, offering remote support and scripting, geolocation to locate misplaced devices (aiding insurance claims), and improved device inventory and asset tracking to optimize mobile device use.
