Aramex introduces MobiControl to its global operations

Aramex, a global transportation and logistics provider headquartered in Jordan with more than 12,000 employees across 350+ locations in 60 countries, relied on a fleet of Windows-based mobile devices for deliveries and tracking. Asset management was manual with little visibility into device location, battery, memory or app status, and updates and troubleshooting required devices to be returned to depots—slowing operations and risking service reliability.

Aramex implemented SOTI MobiControl to gain real-time, over-the-air visibility and control—24/7 GPS tracking, device health metrics, remote troubleshooting, OTA updates and kiosk mode—so administrators no longer needed physical access to devices. The rollout produced measurable gains: 25% greater tracking accuracy, 75% time savings in asset tracking, 80% faster updates and a 60% reduction in troubleshooting costs, while enabling future BYOD and self-service kiosk initiatives.
