Case Study: Kenco Logistics reduces hazardous movements with Soter Analytics Clip&Go

A Soter Analytics Case Study

Preview of the Kenco Logistics Case Study

Kenco uses Soter Clip&Go wearable technology to proactively prevent injuries

Kenco Logistics, the largest woman-owned fully integrated logistics provider in the United States, wanted to strengthen warehouse safety and reduce musculoskeletal injury risk across its operations. As part of its proactive safety strategy, Kenco evaluated wearable technologies and selected Soter Analytics’ Soter Clip&Go program for a pilot in one of its most physically demanding warehouses, focused primarily on pickers.

Soter Analytics deployed Clip&Go wearable sensors that gave associates real-time audible and vibration biofeedback on hazardous movements while also providing management with an analytics dashboard for risk visibility. The pilot delivered a 22% overall reduction in hazardous movements, helping Kenco improve lifting technique, reduce back-straining behaviors, and support a broader injury-prevention strategy; based on the success, Kenco invested in additional Soter devices and planned rollout to more facilities.
