Vitra AG, a Swiss manufacturer of high-end residential and office furniture, needed to keep its global workforce ahead of evolving cyberthreats and required a state-of-the-art security awareness program that fit a complex, multi‑language organization. CISO Arne Blum selected SoSafe to deliver a customizable security awareness solution, including phishing simulations, multilingual e‑learning, the Phishing Report Button and branding via SoSafe’s Customization Engine.

SoSafe implemented tailored phishing simulations and SCORM‑compatible e‑learning in the three main Vitra languages, added the Phishing Report Button and adapted content to Vitra’s corporate design; employees were notified beforehand but not shown simulation details. The result: click rates dropped by one‑third during the initial phase and reporting increased by 188% (roughly threefold), improving cross‑region reporting culture and measurable security behavior.
