OutSnapped is a Brooklyn-based photo booth and experiential agency serving clients such as MTV, Pepsi, W Hotels and Heineken. Rapid growth, dozens of off-site events, and thousands of dollars’ worth of equipment spread between an office and a separate warehouse left founder Nicholas and studio manager Stephanie unable to track kits and parts reliably, so they adopted Sortly as an affordable, modern inventory solution.
Using Sortly’s folder structure, QR-code tagging and item-cloning features, OutSnapped organized warehouse and office stock, mapped items into kits, and duplicated common kits quickly. The result was accurate, real-time inventory and location visibility (for example correcting an assumed eight cables to seven in the warehouse and one in the office), faster kit prep, less stress for the team, and confidence that Sortly keeps their gear accounted for so they can focus on events.
