Sorted implemented Track, bringing live parcel delivery history directly into the JD Williams app in a branded, in-app experience. The result was a 33% reduction in visits to out-of-app tracking during the beta trial, while mobile click-through from order details to parcel history reached 83%, giving N Brown better customer insight and a smoother self-service experience.
