The Snowfox Group Rolls-out SharePoint Intranet to Support Growth Plans

The Snowfox Group, a leading international multi-channel Japanese food business with ten brands including Yo! and Bento, needed a better way to communicate, collaborate and share best practice between employees and franchisees to support its expansion plans. In partnership with intranet specialist Sorce, The Snowfox Group began rolling out a SharePoint intranet to replace reliance on email and make up-to-date information and documents easier to find.

Sorce delivered a region-by-region SharePoint rollout with user working groups, onboarding sessions and training; the platform went live to 3,500 UK employees and 100 UK franchisees in 2023 and has already logged 24,000 intranet sign-ins in the past 30 days. The intranet has reduced email overload, improved access to policies, training and operations content, increased franchisee engagement and set the foundation to extend access to 7,000 employees and 2,500 franchisees globally by the end of 2024, supporting The Snowfox Group’s growth ambitions.
