Engage intranet software improves communication and employee engagement

ATS Euromaster, a UK tyre distributor with 2,250 employees across more than 330 centres, needed a modern intranet to improve communication, boost morale through reward and recognition, centralize documents and provide an up-to-date telephone and service centre directory. They engaged Sorce to deliver an intranet called Connect built on Sorce’s Engage software that the small, non-technical internal communications team could manage.

Sorce implemented and later refreshed Connect using the Engage intranet technology, adding a searchable service-centre directory, central document repository, Quicklinks to business systems and streamlined reward & recognition workflows. The result: stronger company-wide engagement and faster access to information, with a 40% increase in daily users, easier administration by the small communications team and measurable improvements in communication and employee morale.
