A Sorce Case Study
Jemca Car Group, a UK automotive retailer with 530 employees across 11 Toyota and Lexus centres, needed to bring over 500 staff together, reduce email-driven communications, and create a single go-to place for documents, news and local centre content. Sorce was engaged to deliver its Engage intranet software, launching a branded internal site called The Junction to meet those goals.
Sorce’s solution provided centre-specific pages, a Sales Academy with visible KPIs, an HR/benefits hub, Appraisals Zone, engagement features (blogs, recognition, Centre of Excellence) and local content owners (“Intranet Angels”). Launched to 500+ employees across 11 sites where no intranet previously existed, the Sorce implementation improved cross-centre communication and engagement, saved staff and HR time by centralising information and daily sales figures, and earned Jemca Car Group the Sorce Best Intranet Design award.
