Engage intranet software boosts efficiency & employee engagement at BES

Boulting Environmental Services (BES), a UK-based specialist in cleanrooms and laboratories with around 130 employees, needed to replace an outdated in‑house intranet that was static, unengaging and inaccessible to staff working offsite. They engaged Sorce to deploy its Engage intranet software to create a modern, user‑friendly hub for company communication, document management and mobile access that would boost employee engagement and efficiency.

Sorce implemented the Engage intranet with features such as Quicklinks, powerful search, central document storage, an Environmental, Health & Safety hub, and responsive mobile access, plus planning, training and ongoing support via the RE:SORCE portal. The new Engage site quickly became the go‑to place for news, project updates and forms, saving time, improving productivity and efficiency and noticeably increasing employee engagement across BES.
