Engage intranet improves communication and business processes with new fully integrated intranet at AHMM

Allford Hall Monaghan Morris, a 500‑person architecture and planning practice with offices in the UK and the US, needed to improve its digital workplace: key business updates were getting lost in email, onboarding new starters was inconsistent, and a large amount of project documentation existed only in physical binders. To address these challenges they selected Sorce and its Engage intranet platform to deliver a customisable, integrated intranet tailored to their needs.

Working with Sorce, AHMM launched their Engage-based intranet, KITE, which centralised company information and integrated with other systems (including Cascade), digitised the project manual with versioning and analytics, and added features such as an onboarding page, microblog, the Brains Trust Q&A and image-of-the-day. KITE has become the organisation’s go-to place for updates and project resources, reduced missed communications and email queries, improved onboarding and document visibility, and made it easier for teams to find and share information across the business.
