Buckles, a leading solicitor with six U.K. offices, two overseas practices (Paris and Milan) and over 200 employees, needed an agile, secure platform to store documents, deliver up-to-date news and streamline company-wide communications for staff working both in office and at home. Buckles partnered with Sorce to build a modern SharePoint intranet, using BindTuning components to speed the build and improve accessibility.

Sorce ran a collaborative design process and delivered a mobile‑enabled SharePoint intranet that went live on 11 April 2023, featuring MFA security, searchable documents, people search, HR and L&D hubs, training request forms and quick links. Since launch Buckles reports easier access to information and falling internal email traffic, has added IT and compliance to the intranet with 10 more departments planned, and has improved employee support and engagement across its 200+ staff.
