Soprano Design was engaged to improve communications and workflow using its Soprano GAMMA product.
Soprano Design implemented Soprano GAMMA workflow messaging and A2P/P2P mobile forms, creating geographic GAMMA user groups to auto-broadcast jobs to the right technicians so they could claim jobs, report arrival, and send job closeouts while accurately tracking time on site. The solution reduced wasted time spent calling/texting multiple technicians, improved technician response and job throughput, and helped cut parking meter downtime and associated revenue losses.
