Futures Inc., the world’s first cloud-based talent exchange and operator of Hero2Hired (H2H.jobs) for transitioning military and veteran job-seekers, needed to meet stringent DoD security requirements (DIACAP) to protect highly sensitive applicant data on AWS. To satisfy those controls and enable secure cloud operation, Futures Inc. evaluated AWS partners and chose Sophos, deploying Sophos UTM Protection for Amazon Web Services (Sophos Unified Threat Management) for cloud-ready universal threat management and multi-factor authentication.

Sophos delivered an integrated UTM solution—firewall, IPS, VPN with multi‑factor authentication, logging and web/email protection—that helped Futures Inc. through an 18‑month DIACAP accreditation process and achieved a three‑year Authority to Operate. With Sophos securing H2H on AWS, Futures Inc. successfully scaled its Pipeline™ matching engine and reporting outcomes such as more than 200,000 documented military hires and at least a 50% job‑offer rate among interviewed candidates.
