Walker Corp. Secures Massively Distributed Network With Sonicwall

Walker Corporation, Australia’s largest private diversified development company, needed a reliable, agile solution to secure and connect its massively distributed estate worldwide. A longtime customer of SonicWall, Walker upgraded its perimeter defenses with SonicWall NSa and TZ Series next-generation firewalls to modernize connectivity and protection across buildings, retail spaces, and services.

SonicWall deployed a mix of NSa 240/220/215 and TZ Series units plus high‑availability NSa 4650/3600/2650 appliances at larger sites, providing gateway security for BMS, lighting, lifts, access control and CCTV. The “LAN Zone = untrusted” design plus SonicWall’s gateway security suite created a secure precinct network that covers more than 30 LANs, multiple WANs across six commercial towers and 10,000 m² of retail space, improving companywide security, protection from advanced threats and business continuity for employees and tenants.
