The Africa Institute Strengthens Its Security Posture with SonicWall Capture Client

The Africa Institute, a UAE-based academic research and postgraduate institution, needed to replace its McAfee endpoint security with a solution that provided centralized cloud-based management, rollback capabilities, application vulnerability intelligence, machine learning and enhanced reporting. The institute selected SonicWall and deployed SonicWall Capture Client (Endpoint Protection, Advanced) to meet those requirements.

SonicWall delivered Capture Client with a cloud-based management console and a user-friendly interface, enabling greater control of remote agents, easier handoffs between SonicWall products and the support portal, and ML-driven threat detection and rollback. As a result, SonicWall helped the institute reduce malware activity, enforce bandwidth restrictions for school-related use, tighten access control, and achieve improved security posture and increased peace of mind for its remote-working environment.
