Petland Adopts Next-Gen Security

Petland, Inc., a long-established retail pet industry leader with stores across the U.S. and internationally, needed to centralize security management by replacing an outdated Cisco core network and to strengthen Office 365 email protection. To meet these goals Petland worked with SonicWall, adopting SonicWall Hosted Email Security (HES) alongside network security upgrades.

SonicWall deployed NSa and TZ Series firewalls, SonicWave access points and SonicWall Hosted Email Security — testing in a lab and rolling out HES to more than 130 accounts and parallel networks for converted stores. The SonicWall implementation increased overall security effectiveness across corporate and retail networks, reduced exposure to malicious sites and links, and improved O365 protection, giving Petland stronger centralized defenses and greater operational confidence.
