Japari School Blocks Email-Based Threats and Inappropriate Content with SonicWall

Japari School, an independent remedial K–7 school in Parkview, South Africa, needed to upgrade its network security to block advanced email threats and inappropriate web content while centralizing management and reducing overhead. The school worked with SonicWall (via partner Janus IT) to move beyond its older TZ 300 and deploy SonicWall solutions, including the TZ 670 NGFW with Capture ATP, Content Filtering, Gateway Antivirus, SonicWave access points and SSL VPN.

Janus IT implemented the SonicWall stack to provide advanced email threat protection, content filtering and secure wireless access; SonicWall solutions have blocked 100% of attacks, eliminated ransomware incidents, and ensured that not one student was exposed to harmful content while also delivering strong wireless coverage for the office and three classrooms—giving staff greater peace of mind and reduced administrative burden.
