Hospital ensures network health and improves performance seven-fold

King Fahd Armed Forces Hospital (KFAFH) needed to secure and accelerate a national healthcare network spanning two data centres and five city-wide satellite clinics, while enabling employees to work productively from anywhere. To address these challenges, KFAFH engaged SonicWall and deployed SonicWall SuperMassive appliances alongside SonicWall E-Class Secure Remote Access (EX6000) and Mobile Connect to support a 10Gbps infrastructure and enable BYOD.

SonicWall implemented the SuperMassive E10200 Series at the core and E-Class SRA EX6000 with Mobile Connect for secure remote access, delivering multiple layers of network protection. The solution increased overall network performance up to seven times, cut costs by up to 35%, reduced IT effort by as much as 70%, and enabled secure, reliable BYOD and remote productivity for hospital staff.
