Fe Credit Improves Reliability While Decreasing Cost

FE Credit, a leading Vietnamese consumer finance company with about 17,500 employees serving nearly 10 million customers, faced an unreliable and unscalable VPN as its user interfaces expanded and a BYOD initiative approached. To address these issues, FE Credit evaluated and engaged SonicWall, considering its Secure Mobile Access solution and specifically the SonicWall SMA 7200.

SonicWall ran a proof of concept and deployed the SMA 7200 for 1,000 concurrent connected users (CCU), providing SSL‑VPN, context‑aware device authorization and advanced authentication. As a result, FE Credit achieved faster, more reliable connections, reported no further network complaints, and realized quicker deployment, improved security, reduced costs and increased overall reliability.
