eCAPS Computers India, a medium-enterprise security products and services company, evaluated SonicWall’s new TZ670 firewall (alongside existing SonicWave access points) in a beta environment. Their challenge was to deploy a next‑generation appliance that would be stable, easy to configure and manage, and provide advanced features such as SD‑WAN.

SonicWall delivered the TZ670 running SonicOS 7.0 with the SonicExpress mobile app; eCAPS manually onboarded the device and reported seamless setup, a simplified UI for creating rules/objects/policies, and noticeably greater stability versus prior‑generation appliances. SonicWall’s solution provided easier monitoring and administration and SD‑WAN functionality that the customer identified as the most beneficial improvement.
