CoreLogic turned to Sonic Boom Wellness to boost employee fitness and engagement after staff reported low endurance, burnout with solo home workouts, and a lack of accountability and community for consistent training. Sonic Boom Wellness provided personalized coaching (including weekly check-ins with coaches like Sarah), program challenges, and tracking tools to create motivation and structure for employees preparing for obstacle-course races and other goals.

Sonic Boom Wellness implemented coached training plans, regular check-ins, group challenges, and progress trackers; the coached participant saw measurable gains—completing 16 obstacle-course races (including a 22.5-mile event with ~4,000 ft elevation and 100 obstacles), dropping a 13-mile race time from over 6 hours to under 4 hours, improving mile pace from 8:33 to 6:39, gaining lean muscle (from ~135–140 lb to ~150–152 lb), and qualifying for the Obstacle Course Race World Championships—demonstrating clear improvements in fitness, performance, and participant engagement.
