Realtor.com worked with Sonar to centralize message communication and add sales and marketing capabilities to its lead qualification process. The company was new to mobile messaging and wanted a better way to engage website visitors, especially seller leads, than its existing cold-calling and email outreach.

Using Sonar’s API, integrations with its CRM, and custom bots, Realtor.com automated much of the qualification workflow and routed complex conversations to human reps when needed. With Sonar, Realtor.com increased seller lead qualification from 18% to 45% in early testing, and eventually had bots qualify 60% of all leads while improving conversion rates across the funnel.
