SOK, a fast-growing hard-discount retail chain operating 2,500 stores, 18 DCs and 3,500 SKUs, needed to improve profitability and keep shelves full during rapid growth. SOK engaged Solvoyo to provide an integrated forecasting, inventory planning and automated replenishment solution using the Solvoyo Elevation Platform (SEP) on the cloud that would integrate with its ERP and go live quickly.

Solvoyo implemented an automated replenishment planning process—weekly SKU-level forecasts and inventory targets, daily ERP extraction to generate optimized store replenishment and DC purchase orders, and exception-based reviews—piloting one DC after four months and rolling out to the remaining 17 DCs within a month. After three months live, SOK achieved a 38% decrease in stock-outs, 13% reduction in stock-days, 8% less waste for short shelf-life products, and cut store order-processing time from about 4 hours to under 30 minutes, improving customer service and inventory efficiency.
