Strobbo, a leading workforce management SaaS provider for the retail and hospitality market in BeNeLux, wanted to be first to offer a fully integrated automated rostering service to its customers. To achieve this, Strobbo worked with Solvice and implemented Solvice’s OnShift API.

Solvice expanded the OnShift API with the regulatory constraints and objectives specific to the BeNeLux market, enabling Strobbo to launch automated shift scheduling as an add-on to its existing platform. The pilot with McDonald’s and Bavet validated the solution, which improved employee satisfaction, reduced operational costs, and drastically cut planning time for customers.
