Sydney North Primary Health Network, one of 31 Primary Health Networks in Australia serving nearly 1 million people, needed to modernise its operations and move away from spreadsheet-based budgeting that was putting too much pressure on the finance team. Working with Solver and NEXON Asia Pacific, the organisation also upgraded to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to improve collaboration and cost effectiveness across its four ongoing healthcare initiatives.

Solver implemented a more collaborative budgeting and financial management process with Excel-like usability, global controls, and input validation, while automatic workflows and cascading updates reduced manual follow-up. As a result, program managers became more self-reliant, financial reports are now produced in minutes, and approval cycles that once took weeks can be resolved in minutes; Sydney North Primary Health Network also expects to scale from 200 projects to more than 300 next year.
