MindCare Solutions is a U.S. healthcare startup that connects behavioral and primary care via telemedicine. Facing the dual challenge of empowering Finance with user-friendly budgeting and forecasting while giving IT a pre-built, configurable data warehouse to consolidate diverse data, the company needed a scalable Corporate Performance Management solution that could grow with the business and streamline analytics across teams.

Partnering with Solver (formerly BI360) and InterDyn BMI, MindCare implemented Solver’s Data Warehouse and reporting suite integrated with Microsoft Dynamics GP and four other sources (scheduling, clinical documentation, CRM, and IT ticketing). The solution delivered self-service reporting, budgeting, and data management, driving improvements such as revamped IT ticketing, better provider utilization, and more effective sales tracking. As a result, teams now have unified data for faster, better decisions and plan to move the warehouse to an IT-managed server, automate report delivery, and build KPI dashboards.
