Radius Care, a New Zealand aged care provider with 23 homes, needed to replace its aging financial and operational management system and improve reporting across finance and operations. Working with DXC Technology, the company moved to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and added Solver to support better enterprise-wide insights, resource planning, and quality care management.
Solver implemented a data warehouse and reporting environment that combined information from multiple systems, including finance, resident records, timesheets, and payroll. The result was instant month-end reporting instead of a three- to four-day close, faster budget-to-actual analysis, and better visibility for staffing, occupancy, and health and safety decisions. Radius Care also reduced spreadsheet use, retired servers, and improved efficiency so more resources could be focused on frontline care.
