Prattco, Inc. is an Illinois-based distributor of LG compressors and Midea‑Welling motors serving HVACR customers across the Americas. After implementing Acumatica, the company needed a business-user friendly, self-service reporting solution to build highly customized financial and inventory reports—particularly detailed Purchase Order tracking—to avoid heavy consulting costs and better support inventory and fulfillment workflows.

Prattco adopted Solver’s SQL Server/Excel-based reporting with a web portal, which integrated dynamically with Acumatica and allowed users to build, publish, and view reports without IT intervention. The solution eliminated back-and-forth reporting queues, captured additional Acumatica fields, saved about $20K in consulting, and delivered instant PO-fulfillment visibility; Prattco is now rolling out dashboards (visual P&L, inventory flows) and plans to expand into budgeting and forecasting.
