Hershey Trust Company, founded in 1905 and based in Hershey, PA, serves as trustee for the Milton Hershey School Trust, The M.S. Hershey Foundation Trust, and the Hershey Cemetery Perpetual Care Trust, providing trust and investment management services. After migrating to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, the company found its legacy reporting solution incompatible and needed a platform that supported a dimensional chart of accounts and could handle complex financial, regulatory, planning, and analytics requirements.

Hershey Trust implemented Solver, which enabled a move to a dimensional COA, optimized their new ERP, and strengthened budgeting and reporting capabilities.
