A Solvd Case Study
Reddit, the large U.S. social media platform with over 430 million monthly active users, needed a way to maintain quality across frequent updates and highly dynamic user behavior. To address the growing complexity of manual QA for core functionality, community chats, and cross-device compatibility, Reddit partnered with Solvd for quality engineering and manual testing support.
Solvd implemented a multi-layered testing approach that included regression testing, exploratory testing, data-driven scenario design, agile test case updates, emulators, cloud-based device testing, and version-controlled test plans. As a result, Reddit identified defects earlier, improved software quality and usability, reduced costly post-release fixes, accelerated time-to-market, and lowered the risk of reputational damage.
