The City of Seattle partnered with U.S. Digital Response to rapidly stand up city-wide COVID-19 testing and needed a scalable tool to schedule, queue and process large volumes of tests across multiple sites. They selected Solv to provide the scheduling and queue-management platform to support two live testing locations (Aurora and SODO) and handle high patient demand.
Solv implemented online bookings via seattle.gov, paperless registration with photo-insurance uploads, AI-powered patient queuing, and mobile waitlist management, launching the program in under three weeks. The solution enabled over 1,500 tests per day (17,000+ tests since June 5), 77% of patients booking ahead, 52% completing paperwork before arrival, throughput of 100–120 tests per hour per site, ~90–95% insurance capture when applicable, and 98% five-star reviews—demonstrating Solv’s measurable impact on access, efficiency, and patient experience.
