Renown Urgent Care, part of Renown Health’s network of nine urgent care centers in Reno, NV, faced a cumbersome scheduling and check‑in process for both in‑person and virtual visits that led to long waits, frustrated staff and low patient satisfaction. To unify scheduling and queuing across clinics and extend telemedicine and reputation management, Renown Urgent Care partnered with Solv.

Solv rolled out an integrated suite including online bookings and multi‑location load balancing, insurance card scanning, AI‑powered unified queuing, mobile wait notifications, telemedicine integration and reputation management with real‑time reporting. The results: average walk‑in wait times fell 13 minutes to 26 minutes (a 33% reduction), online bookers waited 58% less, online scheduling rose from 17% to over 30% of encounters, online bookings generated $7.13M in five months, and more than 700 new Google reviews boosted ratings from a 3.2 to a 4.4 average — demonstrating significant operational and satisfaction gains from Solv’s solution.
